Speaker Benefits

  • Free Registration: As a speaker, you will receive complimentary registration to the Embedded Systems Conference. There is no need to register for specific classes, as you will be given a badge providing you access to all the classes and all of the special events, including the keynote addresses and panel discussions.
  • Colleague Discount: As a speaker, you are welcome to invite colleagues to receive a discount on ESC Boston 2009 registration. You should have received the promotional code with your welcome email. In the case that you did not, please contact Colleen Mickey at ESCSpeakerServices@techinsights.com.
  • Extensive Exposure: Your name and course description are featured in our course catalog, our primary promotional brochure, and on our website. We will also be conducting an aggressive PR campaign, designed to increase interest in the conference and your presentation. At the conference, your class information will be part of the printed Official Event Guide. In addition, your name, biography, and course description will be available online.
  • Access to the Speaker Ready Room: Our Speaker Ready Room will be available for your use during the week of the conference. You will have space to prepare for your sessions, relax and network. There will be a printer available for your convenience.
